Job Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport clients in luxury vehicles, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and fellow road users.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the limousine fleet.
- Provide a high level of customer service, including assisting with luggage and addressing any passenger needs or concerns.
- Familiarize yourself with various routes and locations to efficiently navigate through Dubai and surrounding areas.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger details.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and report any issues to the appropriate department.
- Remain professional and courteous at all times, representing Didi Limousine Dubai in a positive manner.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a luxury transportation setting.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on passenger satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Exceptional communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
